1. Introduction

vvoult.com ("we", "our" or "us") provides a data extraction service. Our platform is an AI document parser that can extract tables, line items, specific data from any document - receipt, invoices, legal documents, financial document, technically any PDF or Image.

2. Services

vvoult.com offers the following services:
1. Indentification of text in scanned documents or images using OCR technology. OCR support: parse images, scanned documents, and handwritten texts.
2. Provision to instruct Vvoult on the data fields you want to extract by creating a list.
3. Automated extraction of tabular data & other custom fields as specified by user, from documents using AI.
4. Save extracted data to csv, excel or pdf file.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:
1. Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account and using our services.
2. Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Not to misuse our services for spam or unauthorized promotional activities.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data available on vvoult.com, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of vvoult.com or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of our services. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Fair Use Policy (FUP)

Introduction
1.1. This Fair Usage Policy ("FUP") applies to all users and customers (“Users”) of the services provided by Vvoult (“Vvoult” or the “Company”), including but not limited to the unlimited file upload and unlimited storage & users as part of various plans.

1.2. By using Vvoult's services, you agree to comply with this FUP. Vvoult reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, effective upon posting the modified policy to https://vvoult.com/terms-and-conditions/ .

Purpose
2.1. The purpose of this FUP is to ensure the integrity, security, reliability and privacy of Vvoult's network and resources and to ensure that Vvoult's Users are able to utilize its services in a fair and equitable manner.

Fair Usage
3.1. The services provided by Vvoult, including unlimited file upload and unlimited storage space & users as applicable, are intended for normal and reasonable use.

3.2. Activities that are inconsistent with the use of the services, or that may impair the Company's ability to provide the services in a reasonable manner, may be considered as excessive or abusive use.

3.3. It is the user's responsibility to monitor their data usage.

Prohibited Uses
4.1. Users shall not use Vvoult's services for any illegal, fraudulent or abusive purpose.

4.2. Users are prohibited from sub-licensing, reselling, or otherwise redistributing Vvoult's services without the express written permission of Vvoult.

4.3. Users shall not employ any mechanism, device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of Vvoult's services.

4.4. Compromising the integrity of our systems, including actions such as probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities within any network hosting our services. Exceptions are granted for security assessments explicitly authorized by us.

4.5. Tampering with, reverse-engineering, or hacking our services; evading security or authentication measures; or attempting unauthorized access to services, associated systems, networks, or data.

4.6. Altering, disabling, or jeopardizing the integrity or performance of the services, related systems, networks, or data.

4.7. Decrypting transmissions to or from the servers running the services.

4.8. Overloading or attempting to overwhelm our infrastructure by imposing an unreasonably large load on our systems, consuming exceptional resources (CPUs, memory, disk space, bandwidth, etc.). This includes actions such as:

Using "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," or other automated systems to send more request messages to our servers than a human could reasonably send in the same timeframe using a standard browser.

Exceeding the specified use parameters for any given service, as outlined in its corresponding documentation.
Consuming an excessive amount of storage for content like music, videos, or pornography, unrelated to the intended purposes for which the services were designed.

Review and Monitoring
5.1. Vvoult reserves the right to review user accounts for excessive use. In the event that Vvoult identifies excessive use, the Company may reach out to the User to discuss more suitable usage levels or plans.
5.2. Vvoult reserves the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with this FUP.

Consequences of Violation
6.1. In the event of a violation of this FUP, Vvoult reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending or terminating services, and/or reporting to the appropriate authorities.
